Always kind and helpful. NEVER call the toll free customer service number, they are awful. Deal directly with the bank, they are always friendly and helpful and give me plenty options when I need credit or loans. I currently have a mortgage, line of credit, reserve account, checking and savings accounts. I'm a happy customer!

Everyone has been nothing but nice, helpful, knowledgeable. I have dealt with most of them in many departments and they are all great. I have been a customer since 1992, had a mortgage with them and now have an equity loan, two checking accounts and a money market account. Great business.

Customer satisfaction very lacking.  Pleasant staff but management unwilling to help.  They have a zero forgiveness policy.  One way to run a business.   Happy to take my business elsewhere.  Thanks!
