"Community" is exactly what Sound Community Bank represents!  Their customer service both on the phone and at the Sequim branch was outstanding.  They all worked as a team to solve an international bank-to-bank transfer that needed to be completed as soon as possible.   Thank you!

The Manager is a horrid woman. Worst example of Customer Service. You can tell she looks down on the lower class. When holding such a strong position you would expect a different demeanor than that which she showed my daughter today. Don't take my word for it, go in there in your work clothes or other than an Anglo-Saxon profile and you will see for yourself. Sequim is such a small community but there is still quiet a diverse group, her actions today were not very Christian.
