First Federal Eastside Branch

I've been banking with First Federal for I think over 20 years. I have been very happy with the customer service I receive at this branch and others. They are very friendly, competent, and some have gone out of their way to get things right for me.

I don't trust this bank or the people working for it. I left this bank and for a damn good reason. A teller at one of the locations wasn't paying attention to me, my check (which turned out to be fraudulent) or the money she counted back to me. Chit chatting that day to her coworker was more important. The check wasn't caught till it was to late. There was at least one member from the board of directors and two of their officers one being Dawnya A Textor; openly admitted to me that the teller didn't do her job and she should have been paying more attention. Yet they still bullied me into paying them back otherwise it'd get sent to collections only being 18 at the time. And I see that they say "we take your security seriously" on the front page of their website under their bolded important message. My security at that bank wasn't taken seriously....is yours really taken seriously?
