Rip Off Mortgage. Rip off bank..They have me at 6.9% because they told me that s all I could refinance too. Also the lost draft department lost my paper work 3 times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I had to go to a local branch to fix their mistakes. And $5 service charge for paying over the phone. US Bank is a joke and I can't wait to get rid off this ripoff Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else for your mortgage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get why all the low reviews, I've always had a good experience at this bank. They're polite, and I rarely spend more than 20 minutes in there.

Waited 15 minutes in the teller line.  Told to wait for a banker.  Sat for 15 more minutes.  My lunch break was over.  Very disappointed.
