Love this bank! Fabulous staff who actually thank you by name! It's easy when documents with your name on them are readily available! It's flattering so why don't the Big Guys do this instead of stupid chatter about the weather?! I have been with this bank for over a year now & received a Happy Anniversary card signed by staff members! Delightful! Will keep recommending this bank!

Friendly staff. If your looking for just a checking account this is a great place. If you want a loan good luck. Takes forever to get an answer for a business loan. Rates are high too. They have not hired a new manager in the last 2 years. Have to wait for someone from an officer to help you for bigger decisions.
