Overall good experience. First time I came they didn't have the appliances dolly even if I was able to reserve it online, but they gave me a normal dolly free of charge. It did the job but took us longer than if we had an appliance dolly. Second time, the fuel I put in the truck at the end caused the gauge to go further up than what it was before I took and and they gave me a small credit towards my final bill. I am not sure if the fuel was the cause for the credit, but it is the only likely explanation. Also the parking is easy and the place is well situated near the highways.

Horrible customer service. The lady at the desk really needs help with her attitude. Her bad day should not be taken out on paying customers. Her lack of customer support, yelling at customers and disorganization are just crazy. Renting a trailer is not rocket science and having done this at a suite of other Uhaul locations; they've proved it. This location is by far the worst and with more and more service locations closing in Vaudreuil; I guess we are now stuck with lackluster, lower than acceptable "winning" locations like this one. Can only hope Uhaul actually looks at reviews. Negative NPS scores is no way to run a business and their service counters should be held to higher standards.

the blond haired woman at the desk was super aggresive with me and lied constantly about conversation we had prior to me getting the truck. she charged me for everything she said she wouldnt charge me for. She told me in a long rant that she works 90 hours a week, This cant be healthy for her mental and physical health. I dont blame her for her terrible customer service. I blame whomever hired her to work such long shifts which are clearly taking a toll on her wellbeing, at the end of her ranting she told me to leave the property and never come back with the threat of police being called if i ever did.

Sonia was phenomenal. Yes, I asked for her name, she was that good! I had reserved in ile-perrot initially but things didn't go right. We called Vaudreuil and she made all the difference. Thank you for your help Sonia! You made a huge difference.

The people were very kind and helpful when we arrived to pick up the truck we rented. The bed of the truck was filled with a huge block of ice that they started to break and clear only once we’d paid Not sure why this wasn’t done prior to our arrival so we could just pay and go ??? and honestly if you’re a non-smoker you might want to practice holding your breath for minutes at a time because that’s how much the office reeks of cigarettes. The inside of the truck also smelled of cigarettes which we weren’t impressed with at all. Besides that, everything was fine before we left the lot. We were told to return the truck with the same gas level we received it at which we expected in this case 1/4 under full. A week later, I was surprised to find a 30$ fee charged to my credit card because I apparently didn’t replace enough of it even though I double and triple checked that I did. When I called to settle the matter the lady on the phone remained calm and explained the situation to me, while the man she transferred me to re-explained the same to me in what was quite frankly a rude and unprofessional manner and told me it’s “my word against yours” and asked me “should I pay for the gas you burned out of my own pocket?” When I never suggested such a thing- I was simply looking for an apology for not verbally explaining to me that I should put a little MORE gas than what I received it at rather than exactly enough in order to avoid paying a 30$ fee that is “automatic and out of their control” We have all made the mistake of skipping the fine print- so I wrote this to let you know they won’t verbally tell you about the 30$ fee, but charge you and say “it was in the fine print of your contract”. If the needle is on the line that may not be enough to be considered ** back to the original gas level** and they will basically tell you it’s too bad for you. Really not impressed with how this was handled and I hope this review is helpful to others who are renting trucks from this location.

Reserved Online, went there on time and their system was down, waited 1h outside. When I reserved online I didn’t take the coverage, when I returned the coverage was on the receipt and they tell you they can’t remove it once you returned….

The truck was not available. Had to drive another 30 minutes to find another one and than do another request to rent on my phone. Terrible service.

Very difficult to find the entrance to the rental office. A little sign maybe? Also the trailer mount was frozen to the ground and the bed full of snow!

Service was good but the office, truck and rental equipment all absolutely reeked of cigarette which transferred to some of the things I was moving.

Horrible service and place looks like a scary movie, no hygiene and scrap, garbage everywhere, if you can rent from another u haul dealer then do it!
