Customer service on the phone + their adaptability is really good. It would be a 5stars if it was not for the fact that my schedule change because the driver had an accident which is unfortunate but they don’t have any other driver in the area. This doesn’t allow the company to offer the service quality that they are aiming.
My experience with Cubeit was very good. There is always a competent person to answer the phone, to help with any support that I might need. And that is without a long wait! There is one point where I would like to suggest an improvement. The lowest anchor point inside the cube is 2.5 feet from the floor. I had many sheet goods like plywood that were not even 3 feet high. If you think about it a bit, you will realize that, during transport, these sheets are destined to slide out underneath the ropes that I could put into place. I foresaw this and managed to arrange my load, but I would have appreciated anchor points at 1 foot from the floor. Except for this, Cubeit gets 5 stars out of 5.
