Worse experience ever. Booked 8 loads with these guys.. Gave them an open widow of a full day to pick up and drop a trailer for the weekend. They never show up and when I called why they were not there yet at 18hrs of the next day the guy told me that he dosent need business has enough and that 8 trip full van from Montreal to Texas was just peanuts for him... Never ever ever ever ever if you care for your goods or customer deal with these guys. I've cancelled all loads with them and got within 5 mins someone else that was willing to do it cheaper and on site within the hour...Unbeleiveble

Terrible experience. This carrier picked up the load and after loading advised us he would not deliver for a week as the driver was gone on vacation. We asked for someone else to take the load but they said this is the only driver that can take the load and there is nobody else. Poor customer service and really bad communication. Would not use this carrier again.
