My truck rental was delayed by 20-30min due to the online U-Haul verification process. My experience with this location was actually very pleasing. One employee in specific was very helpful on both the pick up and delivery of the vehicle. We need more Mo's out there in the customer service world who are kind and efficient!
We booked 15’ van on phone but when we get to the location they told me only have 10’ van leftthen i show this lady my driver license and Credit card. This lady told me she is not gonna rent van to me because she is uncomfortable with no reason. Very very bad experience!!!
Best price in Richmond. No chicken wire. Units have solid walls and celine as well as a light in each unit.
Had a great experience with this Uhaul. Management was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be back to rent again.
