Really good service!! The facilities were clean, safe and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful.

easy in and out... nice I was able to use their truck to bring my stuff to the unit. Was a bit colder in the indoor units than what I thought and by the time you add insurance and taxes it becomes pretty expensive to rent on a long term basis but that might be true for a lot of storage options. Overall, good experience.

The unit and the areas in general have been well maintained and clean. The location is fairly central and easy to access. The staff was nice and friendly. What more can you ask for?

What a pleasant experience with this storage place. Costumer service is unbeatable, both over the phone and on site. Easy in and out. Definitely returning to this place when I need storage.  Keep up the great work sentinel team.

Fantastic staff, well lit and clean facility. We had 3 different units over 4 years as we downsized and moved 3 times, always accommodating and cheerful people here! There are a number of carts for customer use as well.

Sentinel Storage offers a very clean and well lit and heated storage facility in Richmond, easily accessible off Bridgeport Road. I have chosen Sentinel because of its friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility.
