Story

Vault Valet Storage has been operating since 2004.
Our goal is to offer affordable storage with excellent
service. I have built 11 "concrete bunkers" that are
exclusively opened for our customers. Our extremely
secure, safe, clean facility meets our goal of being a
5 star company.

Mission

Our mission is to provide five star service.
From the little details like being a second hand
off loading an item, to providing a cup of coffee
when the job is done.
We offer clean, secure, value priced storage to
Vancouver residents.

Great place for those with way too much stuff... rates are reasonable, staff is courteous and helpful, and always clean.   Though if you don't have a Sea Can, I believe the hours may be limiting for some.  But having outside access it isn't a problem for me... one of the best storage facilities I've ever used.

I'm sure I'll be back, if I ever get evicted, go through another break up, buy too many things I don't need or run out of storage space. Very friendly management and if you get the after hours fob you can pretty much come and go as you please.

Mike is a nice fellow. The place is fairly convenient and spacious for the price, but their closing time do not consider people that work in a 9 to 5 job.. they close at 5pm.. and Sunday is off. So keep it in mind when you make your choice.

I've been using them for a few months, I've had a really good experience. Great customer service - friendly, helpful and quick to deal with queries. Good spaces and nice location too.

I've used this storage facility for almost 4 years. I've had an excellent experience for the whole duration, friendly staff, helpful and accommodating, quick to answer emails and very organized, storage units in variety of shapes and sizes with reasonable pricing.

Best price! The hours are tricky because they close early, so keep that in mind. But it’s still my #1 choice
