Be very aware renting from them. I even paid extra for insurance and when the trailer broke down halfway to my destination, they are telling me it's my fault for not shutting the door properly. I got $60 off what was a worthless rental. This business does not honor its products and charges the customer for a defective product.

Best customer service I have ever experienced from a rental company. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me prep my own vehicle so I could rent the equipment I needed. Their worker, Travis, was the guy who helped me out the most and really went above and beyond. Certainly will be going back!

When the previous renter didn't bring back the size we reserved and there weren't more available, they did the right thing and gave us the next size up at no additional cost. Everything else went smoothly, exactly as expected.
