I paid for a Uhual for the day and called it in the day before to reserve. The Ladies were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. They gave me everything I needed, when I needed it and had smiles on their face the entire time.
The gals in the office were friendly and helpful. When I needed to upgrade to a 26ft truck they didn't complain. Even when the computer was acting up they continued with great customer service. Thank you!!

worst service ever!!! These guys couldn't even bill me correctly for pads and packing supplies. Thank god I didn't rent a truck from them. When I contacted them to correct their office person Tamara was completely lost. Pretty sad!! I wouldn't use this location if they were the only one in the valley
It's insane! I had money removed from my account, without my permission. I called and got it straightened out. Also wanted to pay the unit, it's not my fault that the woman was to distracted with God knows what, and never payed it. Now I have a late fee, and she is trying to say that we didn't talk! It's ridiculous!

Rented an u-hall after hours online and checked in and out with mobile app, it was a efficient and simple experience.
Great service! Very friendly and helped through the uhaul process immensely.
They are also a U haul, they have a super friendly staff and the storage units are very well maintained. Its also gated and they have security cameras!
