Mergenthaler Transfer & Storage

I'm an Allied Van Lines driver. I was new coming up to the area, so I had doubts of being able to find good help. Such a thing is hard to find these days. We had to move a 1,500lb safe from truck to garage down a gravel driveway. The crew that was sent out to me blew me away. Very professional, in uniform, worked as a team, and able to perform job at hand. Thank you Mergenthaler for sending these guys out. Can't wait to see you guys again!

Being a veteran driver of UVL and MVL l was extremely Impressed with the quality of Mergenthaler in Whitefish Montana. I was a little under the weather when I got there. I was delivering s.i.t. I was surprised to find out that the GM came out to help because I wasn't feeling well. This reminds me of the good old days when you helped each other out. They even folded the pads! I really appreciate the extra effort and an old fashioned hand shake when we were done. Thanks Skip Schlatmann M18455. U 16407

I recently moved using Kalispell Merganthaler....I can't say enough about their efficiency and careful handling of all of our furniture. 2 movers primarily handled the actual moving of the furniture and 2 movers primarily handled wrapping each piece of furniture and securing in the truck. They were fast, efficient and very cordial and professional....I will definitely use them again! You can't go wrong with this company.

Despicable customer service. Wrong delivery date costing a bundle out of pocket on the wait. Horrible​ to work with. Do not use this place!!!

Horrible customer service. My husband and I were told that this company would be at our house to pick up an item that we were returning to costco. The day was scheduled and an estimate time was given. Items were placed out on deck ready to be picked up, as instructed, in the middle of winter . They did not show up the scheduled day, nor did we get notified that they would not be here. When they did finally show up, the employee was not careful with the items being returned, used greasy gloves to move a perfect condition mattress, left a huge grease stain on the interior of house, and threw the adjustable bed frames into the back of the truck and caused them to break. We would not recommend or trust this company.
