U-Haul Moving & Storage of Central St. Catharines

Girls are excellent to deal with very considerate and it was about the nicest day out when I picked it up yet they were very ready and willing to help

The manager and customer service staff was quick and efficient. Always have had a great experience at this location on Vine Street in St Catharines Ontario Canada. Keep up the good work

The storage units are weird sizes. I pay over 200 for a 5x8 untit. Extremely small in width. Its like a short hallway. Difficult to store your items. Its also on the second floor with an elevator where you have to use a dolly to put your stuff on and the elevator didn't work properly a few times for us. And its literally a pain when being on the second floor with the worst shaped unit and paying more than I can afford being on odsp. There are new storage places I wish I had looked into when the move happened. They are clean, one level where you can drive up to your until. Climate controlled. Some of them are charging less that 20 dollars a week for the first 3 months. I have also been over charged at uhaul!!!

Cheryl is an absolute gem! Was quick to solve the problems I had and very detailed in filling in the blank spots. Would absolutely recommend this location VERY professional team here very efficient! Thanks again for everything will continue to use this location!

I would like to say happy New Year to everyone but unfortunately, I'm disappointed on U-Haul that in 72 Vine Vine Street. st Catherine .They're not good for the Society in St. Catherine. They are very very rude and bad. I've been a customer with them for 3 years and 2 months. They treat me like they don't know even know me.I'm telling everyone do not go there. They don't know how to respect people. They don't have even a customer service.nThank you
