Amazing service from the team at U-Haul 72 Vine St, especially the two ladies who assisted on Sunday afternoon, 11 Aug. Unfortunately, I didn't take their names but would like to compliment them on their stellar service and friendliness. All the call center agents were also very helpful and professional. I'll definitely be making use of U-Haul in the future. Easy, efficient and affordable

Rented a cargo van to carry a portable altar and sound system for church. Staff at U-Haul are always friendly, trucks are always available and clean, never had an issue with then. The only thing that would be more helpful is having more time to do inspection. I rented the van, but could inspect till a few hours later, and by then the pre-inspection had expired

The customer service from the call booking with Ms. Amber over the phone to the receptionist at the center St, Catharines they were super helpful, never missed anything, well informed and top notch. The track was smooth and excellent size as I needed it to be.The service was seamless from the beginning to the returning of the track in the morning to another humble and hospitable gentleman who cleared me got my bill ready.

Trucks at this branch are always dirty especially at the front and rear bumper, Advise all clients to Clean the truck well before picking it up. Watch your mobile for a msg to confirm the truck is fine. Include the protection plan in the rental otherwise it is 100% chance the staff will discover a scratch and you'll find urself liable for 1000s, on the contrary; if you pay the 20$ no one will even bother to check what happened to the truck..

Roof was leaking into my unit for months and the only solution i was offered was to rent a different unit and move all my things. For the high price of the unit and the amount of units on hand it’s obvious there is enough income to fix your roof. Very disappointed in the experience and glad to be out. Will not use storage service here ever again.
