Carlton Medical Centre Remedy'sRx, Walk-In Clinic

I had a really good experience at Carlton Medical Centre Remedy’s Walk-In Clinic. Everyone at the front desk was polite, kind and welcoming, and it sets the tone for one's visit.nnThe doctor was excellent. He took the time to listen to what was going on, didn’t rush the appointment, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure my toddler was looked after properly.nnThe clinic was also very clean and well kept. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a walk-in clinic. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great doctor.

I had a last minute surgery that needed to be done in Miami, Florida. This clinic and their staff was more than helpful to me. Zaenab was great, she went above and beyond to help me get the results of my lab work and fax them to the doctor. This clinic is great! They know what they're doing! I highly recommend this clinic to people that want to be seen and heard...n10 out of 10!

Carlton Medical Center is honestly a wonderful place. Dr. Alazragh is amazing he identifies what’s going on in seconds. I’m always surprised and a little nervous! at how quickly he nails down the issue and gets to a diagnosis. I’m genuinely grateful for him, and I hope he stays healthy and lives a long life so he can keep helping people. The entire staff and clinic are fantastic as well!

My experience with the Walk-in clinic and pharmacy was terrible. the receptionist was very rude at the front desk. Dr Alazrah saw me and my son for 0.05 seconds and didn’t even do a thorough check up yet alone didn’t check my son either but was quick to give antibiotics. Went to the pharmacy and we gave them our insurance coverage. And they told us they don’t take that insurance and to pay out of pocket!! Pharmacy already used my insurance info In the past for my medication but yesterday they wanted cash so i left and went to Walmart with my prescription and the pharmacy there asked why the dose is so high for my son and I told the pharmacy I don’t know because the dr didn’t even weight my son to calculate the dose of his meds so very bad experience all around with this clinic. I do not recommend them at all!

I went to see my family doctor today. And there was a new face at the reception desk not the face I was familiar of seeing. Come to find out my Dr ‘s assistant has moved on from this clinic. I guess I will be looking for a new family dr because I only stayed with this dr this long cus of his caring assistant that helped me and my family with everything.
