Brought my son to this clinic. We were surprised how quick the visit was, not bad for a walk in clinic . We saw Dr. Abugreen seems like a nice Doctor.

I went here once and it’s very convenient!n-Wait time is least than normal walk-in clinicsn-Receptionist are friendly and helpfuln-Doctor is nice and on point as they try to not make patients wait long. Although he is very quick, I don’t feel rushed and he is not dismissive in any way. I went here for my 4 year old daughter and it was a good experience for her as well. The Doctor greeted her in playful manner.n-There is pharmacy also inside the facility so it’s very convenient to grab the medications. The staff in the pharmacy are very friendly and helpful as well.n-The facility is clean and well maintained.

This clinic was nice and convenient. The doctor was kind and professional. I feel He really cares about his patient. I've been there twice, and every visiting was good.

During my recent visits, I have observed that the level of service provided by the reception staff falls short of expectations.nnUnfortunately, I have experienced instances where the employees appeared to lack the necessary experience and displayed rudeness when interacting with patients. As the first point of contact for visitors to the clinic, their demeanor significantly impacts the overall patient experience.nnI believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the reputation of your clinic and improve patient satisfaction. I kindly request that you consider implementing measures to ensure that the reception staff receive adequate training and support to better serve patients.

I have huge respect to the Doctor, receptionist and pharmacist in this clinic. No rude behaviour, No unnecessary waiting especially if you bring your child. Welcoming patients professionally is that I have not seen in many other clinics so far. The office space is managed very well and it is clean and pleasant. The ambient music keep you calm when you are stressful. Doctors are really professional. Special thanks to Dr. Zabir who is really kind and listening to our concerns for my daughter treatment. Will definitely come again.
