Not impressed. Reserved 2 months ahead for a 22 footer ended up with the smallest driven truck they had at the reserved price. Rip off. Never go back Uhaul. Couldn't keep the truck extra day either. Well Discount did and didnt charge me an arm and a leg for the extra.

First off, if you want to lose your money then have some arrogant 'manager' tell you to get a lawyer if you want your money then GO TO UHUAL DDO!! customer service is ZERO!! We rented a 15 feet truck at 4.30pm n returned it at 7pm same day in ddo and the person that was there estimated 76$ , fair enough he said that the amount would go down off my credit card cause he estimated us using 50km. The truck milleage was 77524.1 when we got it and returned it at 77550 to be precised we used 26 km. The gas was half tank and we returned it at half tank! And today i checked and they still charged me 76$ plus 9$ for gas ! Called the manager and explained the situation that we were over charged and needed a refund since we didnt use the 'estimated' amount on the contract! To my surprise the so called manager told me that he is busy and doesnt have time to talk to me, and put us on hold , i tried to call back but this unprofessional man had put his phone offline and the call went directly to voicemail! basically he was letting me know he robbed me and if i dont like it get a lawyer and come see him! This is the worse customer service ive had EVER! I will never recommend UHUAL TO ANYONE!
