Worst delivery company ever! They just left my treadmill outside on the street. Spoke with the manager, he was laughing at me for sharing my awful experience. From now on, I will ensure to ask the delivery company name. For God sake, avoid dealing with them.
Client satisfaction is our priority at our company. And therefore we work with suppliers who are fast and efficient. Our first and only experience with Apex beginning last week was far below our expectations as we are still waiting for an order that was made last week. Although advertised and promised by our supplier Apex was to deliver in 24 hours or morning the next day. That order was a rush order made on Thursday. Friday nothing! Monday they were closed early and Tuesday morning they called me back in response to my telephone message left on Monday. As they felt we were not a company we therefor do not have the same priority as a company would. I am assuming that this means that a private citizen pay much less for a poorer service. Regardless, the fact is that there is a clearly defined company name on the address. Tuesday morning they promised to deliver by 1700, no sorry we're late, no we will deliver it early on Tuesday morning to make it up, no we will return your shipping and handling cost and no real concern that we are a company that require competent service. 1615 Tuesday we called for an update and they now tell me that our pallet is in Quebec city. But of course promise to have it to me maybe tomorrow by 1700. We have called our supplier and explained to them that we will now turn around and send back any orders brought to us by Apex. Apex in just a period of 5 days lost 2 clients! Myself and the supplier!
Really bad customer service! Driver thought it was a brilliant idea to remove our products from the skids they were on without even consulting us before. They damaged evertyhing and even with a signed delaration from the driver that it was his fault and pictures, our claim has still not been approved after 5 months! It was not the first issue we have had with them but definitely the worst. They are so many transport company out there, just avoid them!

Unfortunately they have pushed me to the limit to write this review. We've been shipping our products with them for some time. We sell beekeeping equipment so some pieces are expensive. They have dropped a honey creamer which is 5 thousand dollar equipment and delivered to the client like that. We had to exchange the equipment now sitting on a few thousand dollars of equipment. This recent incident is only one sample. It happened a few times and no one is there to control what's going on in the company. Absolutely disgusting to deal with.
Horrible people, I tried to pick the cargo myself at their warehouse. I called the day before to arrange for pick-up and the woman who picked up was in a hurry to leave and dismissed me. I went the next day in person thinking it would be better, for my surprise I was treated like if I was going to steal my own cargo. The third day, when I finally could pick-up I was left for 30 minutes waiting in the rain. VERY RUDE!
These people are unfortunately not interested in good customer service. They kept giving excuses One day shipment came late from Toronto Next day Tuesday their local delivery truck broke down Third day it snowed so no delivery Fourth day Thursday they said it came late from Toronto I told them they had used that excuse on Monday I went at their warehouse & picked it myself Disorganized outfit
Shady shipping company... All the times I've used Apex Motors, I receive after delivery invoices for over 50% of the shipping cost. I thought it could happen only once but happened repeatedly.
DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible service. They subcontracted the delivery to Dubois Transport. It was a rush next day delivery... 3 days and still no sign of the pallet. Montreal to Granby, how hard can that be!
Shipment never arrived on the scheduled day, never came the next day so I called to see what's going on, truck broke down she says, ok that can happen, then I'm being told that they do not contact customers when they miss a delivery date and it's the customer's job to chase them and see what's going on. No thanks, never again.
