We have reserved the camion 15pi for 2h30 about 5 days in advance with the confirmation that camion will be ready at that time 100% however in the place we present they said there is no possibility at the moment and we suppose to wait for the first arrival that takes more than 1h. In the situation we have to pay 4 delivery persons per hour I have to pay them the extra charge. No one responsible for this situation.

I rented a truck from the U Haul at 2771 Rue Mance, St Hubert, on Saturday afternoon for a 24 hour period. When I returned the vehicle on Sunday afternoon, a staff member told me to park the truck next to the garage door and leave the keys and paperwork inside and assured me that he would take care of the rest.nHowever, on Wednesday morning, I received a call from the U Haul manager asking if I still had the truck. While I was explaining that I had already returned it on Sunday at 3:57pm, I received an invoice for $7,108.05, charging me for an additional three days.nSo, the staff who worked on Sunday did not complete the return properly, and the staff who began their shift on Monday also failed to process it correctly. Before applying for such a significant charge, they should move themselves and should verify if the vehicle’s is in the parking lot and ensure that proper internal procedures are followed.nDespite their error, the local has been unable to cancel or refund the transaction for two days. It is extremely frustrating that they were able to process the charge instantly but could not return the funds.nI have been patient, but this situation is unacceptable. And I am trying to resolve the issue so that I am reimbursed promptly.nAdditionally, I had to make several calls to my bank on Wednesday and Thursday to help them find a way to reimburse the money. When I informed the manager that I was no longer satisfied and that they needed to expedite the refund, especially considering I had spent two full days on the phone with the bank and him, he did not react positively. When I contacted the bank again, they told me they could release the amount if U Haul provided the seller number and the authorization number for the transaction and I should be able to get my money back.nBut they are not doing it at all.
Things went well for me at this location. I didn’t spend more than 10 minutes there. The drop off was even faster. Good service!
I wish i could put zero stars. I had to wait two hours to pick up a truck I rented. Everyone in line was very upset and some people come here often and it’s always the same experience.
