I do follow up of my pregnancy here and I can only say the best. Everyone is so nice and caring, from receptionists to nurses, all doctors I had an interaction with. Special mention to my Dr. Beauregard. I was scared seeing these reviews, I suppose people have different experiences. Mine are only positive.
They followed my pregnancy in 2023, very helpful and caring staff, the reception is a bit long at times but patience is all that is needed :
Dr. Tanguay is wonderful, excellent doctor. I have been trying every month for over a year now to get an appointment. The secretary keeps asking me to call back at a certain date and I can never get through. I am very disappointed with this reception.
they need to be trained as a secretary. Today I called for a doctor's appointment. After secrater asked my details, she said me that you can't have time because you haven't come for a checkup in two years. I told the secretary that I couldn't come because of Covid.. she saide me , You are not our patient anymore, you should go and get a letter from your family doctor, now just judge for yourself, this can be a good clinic??? I am very sorry. If I can get a letter from the family doctor, I will definitely not come to your clinic. I will not recommend it to anyone.
Great service. I was in and and out on time. The doctor addressed all my questions, explained treatment options and was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Dr Paradis, I feel much better after this visit and optimistic for my health. Thanks also to the receptionists for their promptness.
