I would like to let it be known that despite the old age of this CHSLD, the nursing staff and attendants were real silks for my mother-in-law who passed away on June 2, ch.420. Very human staff with a good mood that we encountered on each visit! A big thank you again for everything, my mother-in-law took off peacefully and gently thanks to your good care :

Thank you for only giving us 24 hours to empty my grandfather's room after his death. Thank you for putting plexiglass in front of his door like an animal in a cage, thank you for trying to tie him to a wheelchair so he doesn't leave his room. Thank you for killing my grandfather and other elders in your center aka asylum and/or zoo.

Extraordinary welcome. Attentive staff. The occupational therapist... professional and customer-focused. “No” is not an option. Well done !
