TWU - Office of the Registrar

*Unfortunate that TWU isn't what it used to be.* I attempted to order a transcript online for my graduate school application but ran into problems because I didn't know my TWUPass or password information I haven't been a student of TWU for 10 years. Opened a help ticket with IT to have it reset but never heard back from them. Called the Office of the Registrar to see if I could place an order over the phone or if they could help me finish up the IT ticket so I could get my transcript ordered. Spoke with Alethea?? at the Office of the Registrar who was very rude, laughed at me, and all but hung up on me. Sad to say this level of service is very disappointing compared to how nice and courteous the people of TWU were when I was a student there. Such a shame. Ordering a transcript should not be so complicated that it takes 2 days and counting to accomplish.

Needed urgent help with getting my unofficial transcript for my grad applications. No help, no call back, no support, no replying to emails, nothing.

Always helpful people there to answer your questions and help to understand the costs and available grants and loans. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Also helpful parking right nearby.
