Feb 7, 2023- I went for a passport renewal. I did not have an appt. I got there @ 6:50 AM, I was first in line, and two other people were there. I waited outside until 8:30; it was raining, so I was thankful for the overhang. Probably approx. 40-50 people by then. They let in as many people as they had chairs, and as people left, they let in more. The lovely lady who greeted everyone before you saw an agent was excellent. She greeted every single person "good morning and how can I help you this morning?" with sincerity. I waited 40 minutes or so to see Connie, who was lovely and apologized for the wait. She was cheerful, helpful and kind. I know these waits can be long, but it helps when the employees are cheerful. The security guards were great as well. Come with patience, a smile and all required documents. It contributes to a pleasant experince for all. When I left at 9:40, there were 7 people outside waiting to come in.

Courteous, helpful, clear-communication is what I received! Waits are long but they do a great job keeping people organized and informing people of steps and expectations. The waiting room is comfortable, there’s computer stations and desks to finish up paperwork at, and I was treated with respect. You’ll want to get in the line tho before 7:30–it gets busy! And if you need a passport asap, this location can’t process that and they have to send you elsewhere.

I had attended this office on Friday to apply for passports for my family. I arrived at 815 and there were 50 people ahead of me, all waiting outside. When the security guard came out at 825, she told us to be prepared to wait for about 5 hours because the majority was of the people were looking to apply for passports. Some people left, but most stay. I waited about 3 hours and the people were very kind.

Went there for sin renewal. Was a bit of a line up but staff worked quite hard. They had to let some people go but when they served me, it was already past 4. Appreciate their patience and professionalism.

In Langley service canada Centre service was excellent. I went very early and stand in line. Once they opened up the centre it took me only few minutes to complete my application and whole process was complete so fast and professional manner. Great service .

Very good place to get sin number, passport, and EI inquire services. I came here 25 jan 2023 at 7:30am and entered in the office by 8:30am. I get my social insurance number renewed by 9:30. I had Tricia who helped me. She is kind and nice. Explained the things nicely. Thanks so much guys.

On a rainy winter day, I waited outside in the rain for 8 hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. However, I returned home without receiving a SIN number. Staff are friendly. However, there is a problem with the system. Wouldn't it have been nice if only a limited number of people were allowed and the rest had been sent home early? I went back the next week and finally got it in 4 hours.

Great service and good management. Securities are real nice, caring, polite and professional. Esp. Security gentleman who has great sense of humor and cheer up everyone at the long waiting time.

Alright, got there at 6:40am and was second in line. When they opened there were less than 20 people in line so no need to get there THAT early anymore. Once I was in for passport related stuff I was unfortunately told I needed to go to a Passport office which I suspected would happen, thought I would try my luck as this place is much more convenient. The lady I dealt with was super friendly and polite and went over all my paperwork with me to make sure everything goes smoother when I am at the Passport office. For having to wake up early, bake in the blazing heat AND not actually getting what I needed done it wasn't the worst experience.

My father needs to apply for OAS and creating online account with MSCA. Now found out that he need PAC to complete online registration. Call Service Canada and after long wait, confirming all the details, agent told me to go to nearest office to get PAC. Waited four & half hours to get PAC. Out of five only three counters are working and too many breaks taken by office staff. No care for the public waiting in the long lines for hours.
