Nice campground. Not a ton of tree coverage for all the campsites so it can be a bit brutal to hang out on the +30 days.

Arrived at this campground Aug 5th. Not unexpected that it was full. The female care taker suggested that if we did not mind sharing a spot we could spend the night in the group area. Not seeing an issue with this we paid [ I assume her husband] cash for a one night stay as we would wait until an RV site opened with plan to stay for 10 days. Asked him very clearly which site or is there a designated spot. Replied anywhere there is nobody set up. No problem or so we thought. Found a location - set the RV up only to be VERY rudely told about 40 minutes after that to get the trailer out of that spot. Instructed to go the end of the group area and set up . On packing up and moving there we found a dry grass area with multiple other units. No table, no fire pits ground was like a rollercoaster. At that point we decided it was not worth staying as they had already been very rude about moving. Asked for our money back after a fairly lengthy discussion with them [VERY VERY RUDE] the male employee denied having told us to park anywhere and the female employee was just as rude. NO REFUND APPARENTLY. Good deal that they take cash payment [ would not provide a receipt] Pocket money maybe. Sad when this happens. Contacted the company responsible for these campsites that was 3 weeks ago and they did to have the courtesy to respond at all. Great money making venture going on here. I have in all my years of RVing never had a campground host or whatever they may be called be so rude and ignorant. Nor have I simply given money away for no reason. With these people being the campground hosts-check your site first and then pay by another method other than cash. I hope they enjoyed a few easy dollars. DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE CAMPGROUND CARETAKERS. But with a site as popular as this, what is one persons bad experience. Obviously not the to them.

One of the best group camping locations in Alberta. Well kept, ample room between campgrounds, easy to get to and clean. Firewood is included.
