Twinkle Nails & Spa Ltd

I wouldn't usually go to this salon but I was in desperate need of a fill and they were close to my house. Not my best idea. I got there and no one really greeted me or said anything really. So I stood there trying to grab the attention of the one lady there, whom at the time was already working on another ladies nails. After about 10 minutes a lady came out from the back and pointed at the wall so I could pick a colour. Their selection of colours is very limited, and I don't tend to be picky. I showed the lady a picture off my phone and asked if she could do it and she said yes of course. I sat down and one lady started to take off the old polish and shape the (acrylic) nails that I already had on. They had me switch chairs so the other lady could paint them. I wanted one nail glitter, two nude and two rose gold chrome. She painted the glitter on and it looked as if a 4 year olds had gone through a makeup drawer and done it, she then went on to do the chrome and it came out completely silver. I asked her to take them off because it looked nothing like the picture and I didn't like at all. She started to actually yell at me in front of other customers and people there. I asked her if she would be okay with putting a different colour underneath so that the chrome would turn out rose gold instead of silver and she wasn't getting more angry with me. I asked her just to try it because I've had other people do it for me and it would turn out the way I'd like it. She finally did it after her trying to argue with me for about 10 minutes. And it turned out the way i had preferred. When I said thank you she brushed it off and started speaking her own language to her coworker. I went to pay and she had went to charge me $60 I asked why and she said because I had a new set put on and it's $10 for chrome plus another $10 for the chrome I made her take off. The next day 3 nails broke. Do not go here it's a waste of time and money, absolutely awful.

DONT GO TO THIS SPA. THEY WANT YOU IN AND OUT AND YOUR MONEY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. WOW. FIRST OFF they did not speak any english. But they OVERCHARGED ME ON A BASIC back wax, $60 dollars when the one down the street in Kincora is $45. Secondly, There were two ladies waxing my back One had absolutely NO idea what she was doing & the one that did, kept going in and out of the room to attend to New Customers who had walked in. like several times. After what took them way to long to do a poor wax job. They didnt even do my shoulders which I asked. They flat out told me and I quote " too much hair" come tommorow. ?? What the?? I cant believe it. I said "just a little bit on the shoulders .. .they said sorry come tommorow... too much hair" again. What?? I was standing there with my shirt still off in disbelief as they were gone out the room. I went to the desk very Unhappy with them but didnt say much else because they dont speak English. The Lady Charges me $60 for a half decent wax. Ive been waxing for 20 years, the most I ever paid for wax was $45. I told them too much .. They said "No". I had to go down the street to the place in Kincora similar name spa and Paid an additional $25 for my shoulders. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA... THEY WANT YOU IN AND OUT AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY EVER.... AND FROM A SPA SALON. GIVE ME A BREAK
