Euphoria Wellness Centre - Coventry Hills

A great atmosphere! Booking was a breeze, the receptionist was friendly. Alerson was fantastic. She was very attentive to what I needed and spent extra time in the areas I specified. I came in with a super tense neck and shoulders and left feeling so much better. A great experience from start to finish. Will definitely be back!

I usually do not write reviews, but after my most recent experience at this clinic I feel obligated to. I've was a client at this clinic before they changed their name (they used to be peace of mind), they had excellent therapists and the atmosphere was a huge reason why I went to this clinic. At this time we did not have any issues and it was our go to spot for massages. Since then the entire company went through a change in their receptionists, therapists, and apparently their management and hospitality skills.. Since they've transferred over to euphoria wellness center, it completely went downhill. (Not only do they say that they "CHANGED" their name, they say that to still be able to use their old customers from when they were peace of mind but otherwise apparently they're completely different) Walking into the clinic now, you are greeted and immediately pushed into to purchase their packages or products. They were uncomfortably persistent and really did not help the "relaxing atmosphere." You can definitely tell they're not taking no for an answer. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I just wanted to stop going, but I was dedicated to my therapists. It seems like the receptionists have no idea what else to do except take your money and try to push you into spending more money there. They also seem to not care about customer service overall, and if you ever have a real issue you're referred to a manager that is a pain to talk to and deal with. Since this change I've also had a few of my appointments moved without my permission AND I've had MULTIPLE calls from the clinic on the SAME DAY about trying to move those appointments. (I was working, forgive me for not being able to answer... on the DAY of my appointment). They're really persistent huh... I definitely think if you're thinking of going here, I definitely would advise you not to. If you read the responses from this company in response to their bad reviews... that will tell you what this company is like. Sketchy. *******UPDATE: Looks as though they have now changed their responses, which is a good start - however before they had brought up another reviewer's OWN PERSONAL business when she used her own personal name, and tried to use it as an attack or threat almost. As well they had deemed each and every bad reviewer on their page to be a part of their competitors. Just shows how immature this business is and definitely shows that they have absolutely no quality control. The only really good thing about this place is that they have some AMAZING massage therapists who have their own techniques and style. but even so the company itself has definitely deterred me from coming back.

loved everyrging about rhis place, very friendly and welcoming staff, Kassy at front desk was very informative and answered all my questions, she was so welcoming and smiling all the time, what a great customer service! on the other hand Jeimy the therepest was very friendly. She touched every area that needed work.puts 100% of her knowledge & her energy into the satisfaction of her clients She is very soothing and I feel brand new! This was one of the best service I've ever had.!!

Absolutely love going there. I had a bed pain in my lower back. Maria with her magic touch all that pain was gone. Maria she was awesome I highly recommend this location and specially Maria.
