Twin Springs Resort Campground

Nice little place to stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Not the most personable but not rude either.

Surely not Minnesota nice nor nice at all. Zero customer service whatsoever. Do not expect a smile, handshake, eye contact or even a thank you. The place was almost empty and we had asked to stay at a certain area where supposedly only large RV's were allowed and they almost didn't let us until I stepped down my foot and told her it's almost 5pm and I am sure no one else is coming! If you can get past customer service and disgustingly horrible showers with either scorching hot water or freezing cold water, this is a place is not too bad. We camped by the dock and caught some nice sized pikes and bass. It's got a nice pool and even a seesaw. Kids loved it. Across the street there is a nice walking trail too.

Maybe our fault for not researching, but the speedway is right across the lake and not exactly the most peaceful atmosphere we were looking for. Owners are very pleasant, but you can tell this place is very dated. Grounds aren't very level for a tent. I was also disappointed that the bar area was not open on a Friday evening.

Very nice old style campground...nice trees, level spots, super nice owners. Utilities worked just fine. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice for tent camping. The pup and I had a great time here the night we stayed. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but there's a Walmart and Aldi literally 2 miles down the road. Some of the amenities are a bit run down looking, but we don't generally partake in those. Lots of nice walking area, and the waterfront is fun. Full bars of LTE at my site. Unfortunately, no WIFI, and they don't take cards -- cash or check only. It was a fun stay, and the staff were super friendly.
