Irvington Campground

Fantastic place. The facilities and clean and well kept, the owners are friendly and very helpful. We have been going there for four years and really enjoy the peace and quite. It is close enough to Menomonie, so if you need to get supplies , it is a short drive or bike ride. It is also a great spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. If you need excitement, rent a tube or canoe and take a trip down the Red Cedar River. People are very friendly there, we have met numerous people there.

Was looking forward to using this campground but my Father-in Law passed away on a Wednesday before our check-in on Friday. I called and left a detailed message about the death in the family never received a call back until Saturday only asking if we will be camping . Nothing about sorry or we can give you a credit just wanted to know if I was checking in so they could rent my site out . Sorry my Father-in-Law wasn't able to give me a weeks notice before he died so I could call and get a refund !!!! What a disgrace to say you are family orientated and this is how you act . They don't even call you back to explain probably too embarrassed. I know I would be if I tried to pull that . But that's something I wouldn't pull.

It's very quiet campground. Owners are like family. Next to red cedar river and bike trails.

Stayed for two months while traveling for work. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. On-site bathrooms and laundry are clean and well-kept. Plenty of water pressure for in-camper showers without having to use a pump. Sadly, the reception with Verizon is pretty much nonexistent in the area, partially due to the trees. You also occasionally have to hear motorcycles from a biker bar down the road. Overall I enjoyed my stay and if I'm working in the area again I won't hesitate to reserve another spot at this campground.

Very small mom & pop place. Clean, quiet and in expensive. Was the perfect place for us to camp with the Rv and motorcycle. Bad if you need cell service -AT&T anyway. Would return again!
