Twin Rivers Canyon Resort

We loved the fact that we could fish two rivers! We camped mid October and simply loved the solitude. Internet was spotty but we were not there to use it, we were there to fish and campfires.

Excellent camp ground situated right on the Moyie and Kootenay rivers. Has full service sites along with washrooms, laundry, internet. Truly beautiful place to stay.

Nice spot. Enjoyed 2 night stay and will stop again when in that area of US. Next visit we will try to have time to do a float trip. Property is on Indian land and Pros: Sites were nice size, some shaded others open for satellite, nice walking the area, enjoyed the wildlife seen. Beautiful area. Cons: This RV park is in a canyon and the road in is narrow and steep in some places. We had no difficulty with entry or drive out (37' 5th wheel). But, go slow. Switchbacks are tight so swing wide. And, be prepared to give right-of-way to bigger rigs. Being in a canyon does limit internet and cell phone access/signals. We used internet hot-spot outside the office and that worked fine (just had to go to the office). Lastly, the park isn't as quiet as you might expect. Heard a number of trains (just across the river).
