I really like their pizza. Owner does a good job taking care of the place. The pizza tastes quality, and their cheese bread is to die for. Really good price compared to other places. Highly recommend!

Excellent pizza---always hot out of the oven and delicious! Lots of toppings options (though I wish the sun-dried tomatoes wouldn't burn at the top). Got a medium mushroom pizza for $5.99 which is pretty great. Most importantly, really kind owners---overheard the gentleman who owns the restaurant giving his own phone to a girl who was upset as hers had just gotten broken, a complete stranger to him and he made such a lovely gesture of kindness to her. Really impressed me and increased the respect I have for them.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Order took an hour and a half to get delivered, pizzas was cold, not much toppings, the sauce was too spicy and the wings were horrible(swimming in sauce and more fat than meat). Called twice and was told the driver would be there any minute. Called back after I got the food to let them know it was cold, was offered a free appetizer on my next order. When I told him that was not acceptable he said he'd remake the order for me free of charge, told him that was not acceptable he acted shocked. I demanded my money back. Took me 5 mins of complaining before he agreed. I live 20 minutes from the restaurant and an hour later they have not returned with my refund. I have ordered from them almost every 2 weeks for over a year and half and will NEVER order from them again.

Twin City was the best when it first opened, but now since they got new owners, it hasn’t been the same. Pizza is still okay, but they put way too much sauce on them. I always have to tell them to do light sauce. They also raised the prices & don't seem to have that many specials like they used to.

Best pizza and superb staff..!! My Indian brother's always make the visit worth while and the owners are a staple of Lakeshore. The local postal workers appreciate all the fantastic pizza slices..!
