I have been coming to this place for many years and have pawned and bought stuff here mostly electronics. even though some electronics i have bought in the past only last a week like a laptop i still buy here knowing how used electronics goes. so i still give them a chance. They price your electronics very low if you tried to sell it and sell it high. One time i tried to sell my sx50 canon camera values $400 as used on amazon at that time, the mexican or hispanic guy wants to pay me $30! and hes face is looking at me like i am giving him a favor hahaha. good thing i did not have the charger because he wont take it with no charger. But the last draw which makes me never come back to this place anymore is the return policy they have which is like a ripoff! in some pawnshop like the one in olympia who has a warranty you can buy for a small pay if you want to returned later, this place has nothing. so if you ever pay for example a laptop that wont work an hour after you bought it from this place goodluck! I bought a guitar here its a bang up guitar even though i check everything up before paying half the price value which is still high for the shape of it. upon closer look at home i realize there was a crack on the body so the next day i decided try to returned it which i know the answer would be a NO! but i thought since i am a good customer who keeps on coming back and its a guitar i am returning not a laptop they would let me but nope! instead they would pay me less than half the price i bought the guitar from them which is not even 24 hrs apart LOL! talk about trying to rip me off! i bolted out and never looked back. This place is clean but BEWARE! looked can be deceiving. never again!.

That's the nicest thing I can say! 1 star. Read the reviews they say a lot. Employees that work there are great, as for the owner he acts as though everyone owes him something. Not hardly! Drive the extra 5 miles to the pawn shop in Centralia on Main street. Nicer people and prices plus a lot larger selection on whatever your looking for. It's kinda funny but the bald guy who is the owner is creepy. I wont say anything any further, just save yourself any issues and shop somewhere else.

I have gave this place several chances. But they have horrible customer service. I was not greeted when i came into the store. I waited around the store for 10 plus minutes to look at something that was locked up. I gave up and left and when to a different pawn shop. Another time the lowballed me on several of my items. I understand they need to make a $ too. But not rip people off.

I wouldn't trade with these guys. Take your stuff to Olympia and get a fair deal. I took a Microsoft product to them and they refused to take it based on, "they don't take items not supported by Microsoft", but they were more than happy to take an old, original xbox, that Microsoft no longer supports. They lie, go someplace else.
