The doctors are very thorough and make sure that I'm well informed about my eyes. The optical staff is on top of things and made my experience very enjoyable. They are all very knowledgeable and experienced in each of their areas and I had a great visit and came away with glasses that not only fit my face, but my personality as well. I recommend Lewis county eye and vision to everyone.

Tried to schedule an appointment for an acute issue and was met with nothing but resistance. They won't work with you and they don't offer interpretation services. Not too high in the customer service or patient care department. Plenty of other clinics in the area. They do have a pretty good selection of frames though if that's what you are there for!

For starters, the staff are all so nice and helpful! I was nervous about my exam, but Dr. Stoddard made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I had a great visit. The optical had so many choices for frames, I had a hard time choosing just one, so I went with two. The optician Kim, was very helpful in helping me choose the best frame to fit me. Thanks guys!

I have been coming here for over 10 years, I personally wont go anywhere else because Dr. Stoddard is who I trust. Now the rating comes into the new glasses I ordered back in September 2017, when I got a call to come and pick them up I came in the next morning and the frames were broken! I was told that the lenses must have been cut too big and broke the frame after settling. So they reordered them and another week later I got the call that they were into pick up. I went in the morning of the 9th of October and when I went to try them on, they were broken again! I expressed that I was upset that I kept getting calls to get them even though they are broken, that I'm now wasting my time. So I picked out new frames because I don't have time to keep wasting for these glasses. After the second send back, I was told they would be rushed, and that still took over a week to get. Now I don't think the frame breaking is their fault. I think it was the frame itself being weak or poorly made. I have never had any prior issues and I feel it was a fluke, but I'm still upset that this will be my third time going in for these glasses.

Dr's and Staff are great!! I had a lot of questions about my vision insurance and they were happy to help and answer all my questions.
