Missed appointment o'keefe due to being hospitalized and in icu in a coma. Tried to reschedule and they now refuse to see me due to missing appointment.

I went to see Dr. Kurt Anderson about a month ago because of on-going issues with my knee. I felt very rushed through the entire appointment except for when I was getting x-rays. I don't remember the gal's name, but she was great. Very friendly and fun. Dr. Anderson, on the other hand, was rude and condescending. He kept cutting me off while asking questions and then said I could do this or that for my knee, but never really gave me his opinion on what I should actually do. After the x-rays came back he answered his cell phone in the middle of talking to me. Then he leaves the room, talking on his phone, without even looking at me! I had no idea if we were done, or if he was coming back. After about a minute, I changed back into my jeans and walked out of the building. Of course, I passed him in the hallway while he was still on his phone. And now, I'm stuck with a $250 bill to pay to a doctor that was absolutely no help to me.

I have (unfortunately) been a patient at this clinic for a few years and have had several visits during that time. I have been nothing but pleased and impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, courtesy, responsiveness, understanding, and bedside manner of everyone I have encountered from scheduling, nurses, doctors, support staff, and business office. I have truly felt like everyone I have interacted with cares about me, my wellness, and my comfort. I would like to give a nod specifically to Dr. Gerlach and his staff for bringing me much relief through some very painful times in my life. He's the best!
