They were polite in scheduling and the independent contractor, Esteban, who delivered and set up our bed was fantastic. He was polite, removed his shoes, was thorough in making sure things were done well and that any questions were answered. I recently had another delivery that was quite the opposite. Esteban's level of customer service was much appreciated.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Trying to open up a business and our package has been held for two and a half months. We have had to put our grand opening on hold because of this garbage place. Very disappointed. We paid a hefty amount of money to get some so-called white glove delivery and we haven't even gotten our tracking number yet, let alone an answer to a phone call- TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER. GARBAGE COMPANY NEVER WORK WITH THEM. EVER.

I give them one star because I can't give them less! You can NEVER reach someone! My husband placed an order with Pottery Barn and used his number, but I'm home during the day so I was in charge of getting the delivery scheduled. I kept calling and constantly waited and waited and waited for someone to pick up then it kicks you into voicemail. I gave hubby's name and said call this new new number. They never once called ME back. They kept calling him, and he can never answer his phone while he's at work. This has been a 2.5 weeks process.
FINALLY got a hold of someone, and he didn't acknowledge my frustration at all, I felt completely dismissed. Terrible customer service! (And I am actually a customer service professional, so I know the "proper" responses to complaints and situations). I'm hoping the actual delivery goes better, but I have my doubts. I'd rather cancel my furniture order than deal with this company any longer!

I ordered my furniture at the beginning of December from a company out of NY. Twin Cities in Eagan MN had it almost a week later. I've been trying to get answers since they've had it. I told them from the get go that I need to have a weekend delivery because they require a 4 hour window to deliver the furniture. They said that would delay the delivery some, but I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for the call to actually schedule the delivery. They will never give me direct answers, and they say that don't offer guaranteed delivery dates. This is extremely poor customer service and I hope beyond hope that the company I ordered this furniture from stops using this company to deliver their orders.
So the order was delivered 1/12/2018. When the scheduler called she stated that they would be in the area on Friday. She even mentioned that it was noted on my order that I requested a weekend delivery. Friday is a week day not a weekend. I didn't want to wait any longer, so I hired people to be at my apartment when the sectional was being delivered. They forgot one of the power adapters which they will mail to me, but there were a couple of small scratched on my sectional. I emailed the furniture company as so as I saw them and they said, "As no issues were noted at the time of delivery we are unable to hold the delivery company responsible and as such are limited in what we can do." If you're unfortunate enough to have Twin Cities Moving Company, Make sure you are there to accept delivery. Take the day off, and just be there yourself. No one will go over your delivery like you will. Lesson Learned. Twin Cities, you get an F on this one.

Ordered loft bed from online furniture retailer on 8/11/2017. Delivered to delivery company 10/20/2017. They called to schedule delivery 11/08, no show. Rescheduled for 11/24-yes, the day after Thanksgiving. Bed finally arrives with two broken pieces, I was under the assumption the bed is inspected prior to making the 5 hour (one way) trip from Minneapolis to rural WI, would seem to make the most sense. Now here I am, ordered parts directly from manufacturer and will be backordered til mid January-5 months from the time I ordered the bed until the time it was usable. Nobody answers the phone-don't waste your time trying to get in contact. I will never order furniture from an online retailer again, if so-do you homework on which contractors they are using.
