Matt's Moving LLC. Saint Paul MN

I used Matt's for move of items for work. Their 2 hour minimum quote was very high (which I discovered when I had to schedule another move with another company). They send multiple emails with attachments that aren't about your appointment, just moving tips. I had to follow up on a receipt or invoice to submit to my supervisor, which was supposed to have automatically been sent to me. It turns out we were charged for the quoted amount, while the final total was $137 less. We have not credited for the difference (yet). Regardless, I expect these simple operational tasks to be easier to work out. We will not being using Matt's moving again.

We used Matt's moving for two moves as our new house was still being built when we moved from our old house. The first move was from our old house to a storage unit. The second move was from the storage unit to our new house. I was 100% pleased after the first move, but waited until the second was complete until submitting a review. We had the same crew leads (Matt and Danny) for both moves, using 5 total guys and 2 trucks the first time, and 4 guys with 2 trucks the second time. I highly recommend two trucks as the guys can pack them faster and looser without having to plan every single piece going in. The team was fabulous at the old house, quick and out of there in 1.5 hours. Then at the storage unit they really took it to the next level. We had two lockers reserved just in case, and they were able to tetris it all into one locker with room to spare. I was impressed at their ability to fit it all, while still keeping everything safe and secure. That move was 2.5 hours total. The second move went equally smooth. They unloaded it all and repacked as quickly as expected. At the new house, they ran the boxes and furniture by me and asked what room each should go to. With big furniture pieces they had me direct them within the room how they should be positioned. It exceeded my expectations. This move was also 2.5 hours. We had used Matt's Moving in the past, and this double move experience confirmed they are your best choice in moving companies!

A few minutes late and they apologized and explained they were a man short. They made up for it in time and efficiency. They were polite, careful and quick. I have never had movers help me move before: Matt's was the best. BTW,ask for Bernard! He works hard and he is a really nice guy. You need to give that guy a raise.

5+ Stars I heard so many times over the last several weeks from friends and family members that they could "help me with my move for a case of beer or a pizza" etc. I AM SO GLAD I HIRED MATT'S MOVING INSTEAD! I have used Matt's Moving twice so far for my moves in the Twin Cities. Each time they sent a crew of experienced, efficient, and friendly guys to help with my move. I just moved from Apple Valley to Minneapolis and the particular crew assigned to my move was AMAZING! The best way I can describe the crew leader, Bo, is that he acts as the quarterback (and of course helps move things too) directing crew members Casey and Dana on how to most efficiently load and unload. This crew was not only worried about my bottom line when it came to the length of the move, but it was clear that they also seemed to really care about the finished product and my satisfcation. The fact that Matt's Moving uses such experienced workers to serve their customers reflects highly on the way they do business. I would definitely recommend Matt's Moving to anyone looking for a professional, experienced, moving company.

Matt's Moving does GREAT work! I have used them many times in the past and I am always pleased with the work they do. They are professional and prompt! You can't go wrong when you trust Matt's moving!
