I enjoy working with the staff and do as often as I can. They offer a fair rate and any pertinent information is always given upfront and put on the rate sheet as well. If there is an issue they try to resolve it with me and I feel as if they have our driver's backs. In an industry frilled with dishonest brokers, it is nice to find one that is worth keeping.
Called my truck to do a load. Drove there to Pic it up it wasn't ready. Lady was short and rude on the phone. Loss of time and fuel. Things happen but there's No reason to be a mean person.
