Twice The Deal Pizza

I decided to order from Twice the deal tonight. The online process was nice and easy. I placed my order at 4:15. I added a note in the oder that I would be waiting for the driver at the front door of my building. I saw the driver arrive at a minute to 5. He waited in the parking lot as I waited at the door. After 5 minute, I see him drive away. I waited in the vestibule and I saw the driver cone back at 5:15. This time, he called. He sated that he had tried to call on his previous trip. There's no way he tried to call. So, I ask if he knew how long my food had been ready. He kept repeating that the order is in a hot bag. I won't lie, I'm not a happy camper. The food was in fact room temp at best. Very disappointing

Best deal in town. Very happy with the new Pesto sauce. Great customer service. I'd like to mention that I have been ordering from them for many years. I have never had any problems with the service or the food. Very easy to order from, and very friendly people. If there is ever an issue with my order they will call me and make it right.

Today I ordered a 1 topping XL pizza for pick up $9.99. I ordered the pizza as half pepperoni and half cheese. When I looked at my order receipt I was charged and extra $2.29. When i went into the location to pick up my order the cashier said that it was an error with the online ordering system and he wouldn’t credit the error. I am rather disappointed and will no longer be using this location. Order # 838248

I usually order from here all the time, and lately. It's just been off. Today how ever I'm just done if I could cancel my order I would. I called just to correct on mistake on my end and the man that answered the phone was just out right push off ish and rude. Seems annoyed that all I needed to do was chnage my number. It's not a big deal why make it one..... Slams the phone down, and proceeds to give me attitude and then just hangs up. No customer service what so ever!! I'm done, congrats, not that it matters but you won't be getting my service anymore!

The pizza itself tasted ok, after needing to be cooked again due to a soggy crust. Delivery took longer than expected. I did not feel well after eating this pizza.

Pizza & wings were very hot & done to my liking. Tasty pizza & really like the sauce & fresh toppings, the wings were very tender & sauces had great flavours. Thanks for the excellent food !!! MARC

Never any issues!!! For fast food Pizza - it's excellent!!! Again fast food Pizza - not wood fired prosciutto!! Lol Better than Dominoes, and Pizza Pizza anyway. Price - lowest around!!!! Vegetarian options: As per norm.

Pizza is always great and wing were really good but this time the garlic bread was brutal. The bun tasted awful. It tasted like it was in the molding stage.Food: 4/5

The best deal for value. When my kids have friends over the Godzilla deal always satisfies. Whatever or whenever I order food is always ready in 20 mins.
