Pitiful. The last time we ordered our pizza from here, they forgot to give us marinara sauce with our breadsticks. Tonight, when the worker grabbed the marinara sauce container, I saw that it was half empty and asked if I could have a second one. The woman said no, it was $1.19. I mentioned that I hadn’t got one with my last order. Too bad for me - I left with my teaspoon of marinara sauce. Not a happy camper.
Does anyone actually work here? We’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for chain pizza to go thru a conveyor belt and then make its way on its 5 minute drive to us. Apparently even that is too much to ask. Tried to call their number and it takes you to a customer service line that no one answers. After waiting 15 minutes on hold someone rudely answered, told me they have no delivery drivers and it’ll “be there at some point”. I asked to cancel, they said no problem and hung up on me. Never again.
We love the pizza here - however I cannot recommend the thin crust pizza - honestly it was like cardboard and without much flavour. However - the deep dish pan pizza is to die for - we love it!
Dined in once. It was loud and annoying with buzzers and beeps sounding constantly. Food is usually very good but check to make sure your order is right. Once I picked my online order and they forgot my wings.Food: 5/5
I was short a dollar on a $63 order. So I had to drive back to the hotel, grab my wallet, then back to the hut. It was. 85 cents to be exact. It was my fault, but....no buts about it!Food: 2/5
Absolutely awful!!! I order from them two week ago and had ordered cancelled out of the blue after waiting hour and couldn’t get ahold of them by phone. But best of me tried them again tonight. Forgot my sides and said he was going back to get still haven’t seen them. Also food was slightly warm
My order was 15mins late being ready and when I got home they gave me the wrong flavours of boneless wings, the pizza was near inedible. Very disappointed! So disappointed that I will not be back. This is the 2nd time I have ordered in 3 months and both orders have been wrong! Vegetarian options: My husband got the vegetarian pizza and it was actually inedible. The entire pizza went in the garbage.
Minus 5 Star review for this Location. I had no reception on my phone in this area so I came in in-person to order but Supervisor or Manager told me I had to order online and she cannot help me because what I showed her was for online ordering only. I showed her was a deal that was on my phone before the phone screen froze. I told her I couldn't order online and she sent on my way without taking my order. This an appalling behavior.
Delivery - best kindest friendliest pizza drivers!!! Always going put to make sure you have everything - always polite at the door. Gratitude goes along way Thank you pizza hut!!!!Food: 5/5
Got the 10 dollar meal deal box with 4 pieces of pizza and 6 boneless wings, omg it was delicious, plus we got to put any topping on our pizza. Bravo pizza hut welland!!!!Food: 5/5
