Dined in with friends after the movie and the service was fast and good. The wings were hot n fresh and most importantly juicy. Really enjoyed the jalapeño dip with potato chips. It was perfect for our spice level.
Basic usual chain restaurant food, with a decent sized bar area, separated from the general dining area which was nice. Got the “meatloaf” and 100% is not meatloaf but more like a dried out Salisbury steak. Server/bartender was nice, as well as attentive to his tables when he got a break from making the drinks for rest of staff. Possibly will go back when in the area, but definitely staying away from whatever that “meatloaf” dish was
Pretty sly when serving drinks. I ordered the Galixy fish bowl drink, and they served it ungarnished and half empty until I complained. I ordered Penne Oasta with Italian sausage with banana peppers and there was more banana peppers than pasta. Ok and great taste but portions are all wrong.
Food was delicious. We tried Buffalo cauliflower bites delicious. I had a steak sandwich a little disappointed they overcooked the steak but it was still really good. The build your own pasta was great tooFood: 5/5
We order from here often.. my daughter with autism is a very picky eater. She is obsessed with the Bugs & Cheese. We order a variety of things, that suits everyone. We have ordered over the phone and online. Everyone is friendly and ordering online is really easy to understand. Food is always ready on time. Everyone is friendly. We have had many visits inside too & always a great experience .
The food and bar menus have always been stellar. During the patio dinning segment of the pandemic, they refused to serve our family because we came with 7 people and the max they were allowed to seat at one table was 6. You remember those small details and we have not been back since.
The food was great, tasted wonderful. My side salad was a meal in itself. Our waitress was very cheerful.Food: 5/5
2 of ordered steak both arrived cold not enough vegetables for both of us 2 orders of beef sandwiches waitress spilled auxjus so 2 had to share 1 dip they came look warm 1 had shrimp tacos cold the only thing that came hot was thr pizza. Took forever to get drinks. Had guests from Australia I was interested that I brought them there. I have been to Boston Pizza many times always had good service but this was the worst I ever had anywhere.
I had a really good experience at this location. I have been to almost all of the Boston Pizza in the Niagara Region in Ontario. This one is the only 5 star I am given. At first the place was full, we were given a table at the very last end, I did not like it, as soon as a table became available, the waitress offered us a new table. We order a lot of food, my wife ordered the wrong pizza, the girl was so nice and said that it was not an issue and they can change it for her. Even the manager or chef, came to the table and retake the order for m ly wife. They were very kind and professional.
Went to BP two weeks ago, Jambalaya Fettuccine is normally fabulous, this time it was “spaghetti sauce” , nothing Jambalaya about it anymore, terrible, only reason i used to go there, wont be back for a long time
