I bought these crispy rusks and look at those disgusting ones…over cooked, not sure how these passed their quality assessment before releasing the products. This is not acceptable. I will reach out and ask for a refund as half the pack was like this.
Found this rubber wire gasket material in marble cake. My kids like the cakes so purchased without checking the make.nIt's hard to believe no quality team could find it. If I have bill with me I could sue these ppl for ignorance.nLet's see how TWI foods address this.
Was huge fan of Crispy Punjabi Cookies, but recently from past few weeks there quality of cookies are dropping. Recently bought box had cookies So thick not in perfect size and under cooked.
I use to be a huge fan of their crispy almond & walnut biscotti but since the past few months their quality has dropped significantly! You can taste the burnt oil/fume off the biscotti, they are super hard and not “crispy”. It’s just unfortunate that the management team is letting the orders roll out without any quality check.
Contacted this company by e-mail as well as called couple times. Have a complain about packaging. There Rotis 15 in a pack is very poor. They have changed it and cannot seal it once opened.
