Food:n- Chorizo with potatoes empanada has a weird flavour. Texture of masa is good. Size is pretty small, like 2 Colombian empanada, maybe palm of hand. A bit spicy 7/10 spice. 6/10 for overall valuenn- Beef had a good flavour. Texture was pretty moist and breading was very thin, almost ripping but good flavour 7.5/10nn- Al pastor - actually tasted like pastor. A bit dry but flavourful. Nice touch with a couple chunks of pineapple. Texture of masa was good, held together well. 8/10
Was here for the first time. Their empanadas are really fresh and tasty. They serve some really good sandwiches.The pastries are yyyummmmm & they serve very good variety of other desserts. Would surely recommend this place to friends and would love to visit the place again.
My friend had been telling us about the meat here for so long. We finally went and ordered BBQ meat: beef, marinated chicken and original sausage.nIt was expensive but the quality was really good. I would probably only buy it for special occasions, not casually.nnThe service was very express style but good.nnThey had a ticket system because of how busy it was.nIt wasn't only a butcher shop but they have various Latin products as well. They also had a little bit of fresh produce. They had a bakery as well with sweet and savoury items. I got a ham and cheese empanada as well as a chicken one. They were delicious.nnI got a chicha morada in a bottle an it smelled and tasted expired. Too bad.
Love this place : I like to prepare some yummy tacos
5 , walk inside El Gaucho and you walk to an Argentinean store like in Buenos Aires
