Don’t know why people give Kevin a one star. Not Fair! Kevin knows a great deal about TVs. I think the guy has been fixing TVs for decades. Kevin is very EXPERIENCED and HONEST. I recommend him to everyone who needs a TV fixed.

Promises but does not deliver the service you agree and that's a valid reason for me to never use this UN - Professinal guy named Kalvin of "TVhomeService" ever again .just wasted my whole day Monday on me. This was a breakdown of communication that clearly he could not comunicacom. $50 for as service call is good but not if he is unreliable and I lost a day that I will never get back! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NEVER AGAIN! TRASHY SERVICE!! I ONLY CALLED BECAUSE I LIVE DOWN TOWN ON BAY AND LAKESHORE AREA. .WHAT A JOKE. NEVER AGAIN!

Kalvin's a great TV repair guy who clearly knows his stuff. I brought him our 2019 Samsung TV they don't make 'em like they used to! and he had it diagnosed, quoted, and fixed in under a week. No hidden costs, no misleading, no upselling. Just solid TV repair for a very fair price in a short timeline. To top it off, Kalvin's a really friendly guy. I would absolutely recommend him if you've got any TV problems!

Wasted my time, could not communicate with Kalvin,he kept interrupting me and he was more concerned about the model number. Did NOT allow me to get a word in. I just wanted to know about if he uses new original parts on repairs and was not tranparetra at all of this question. It was simply a YES NO question! He did NOT anserw me and hung up! I was asking, so money will not be wasted again. Not Recommended!

People leaving 1 stars are really telling on themselves. Kelvin was kind, helpful and went above and beyond. My tv was clicking itself on and off, so I emailed him for a quote along with several other places. He called me the next day, and told me what he thought it could be and gave me a quote and warned me about scammers who might try to charge me more. One company got back and tried to tell me it would cost double what Kalvin told me. Obviously I took my business here. I rolled up to his garage to drop off the tv it's on the website saying its a garage, learn to read people!!! And he told me had stayed late so I could drop it off after work. He absolutely didn't need to do that! If I had known I would have come a different day. The problem ended up being not what I was initially quoted for but I was told the problem and given a new quote the very next day. It was a little more than the original quote, but it was still less than getting a new TV. I picked it up a couple days later. He had updated it because it's a 7yr old tv, and fixed it. He offered to stay late so I could come pick it up but I told him no I'd be on time this time. I'm not going to lie and say there wasn't a couple things lost in translation here and there, but it was very obvious the man knows his stuff in at least 2 languages. How many languages do you speak? 100% would recommend, take your broken or wonky TV here instead of dishing out $500 for a new one.

One Star! That's even giving him to much. I did NOT understand one word he said! I Took the day off work MY TIME WAS WASTED IN THE WORSE WAY! I wanted my TV for the office presentation. Promised I would have it back within 48 hours. Did not happen! Undependable service! So unprofessional for service, never again.

Kelvin took my TV away, fixed it burnt-out backlights, and returned it within about 5 hours. Communication was fine, he was very friendly and respectful when in my home, and the estimate I was given was the final price. So what if there is no storefront?

TvhomeService IS NOT A SHOP, INSTEAD IT IS A GARAGE! MY MISTAKE!! Unless you want stress along with a TV that has not been fixed properly with hundreds of dollars wasted, Kalvin will only do just that! As far as I'm concerned my SAMSUNG 75" TV was not repaired properly, if this was the case it would be in working order for more then 3 months. It was repaired back in mid February and 3 months later down again. Now, I have asked Kalvin to repair it free of charge and refuses to do this for me. "Quality Parts" he States that he uses? Bologna!!!! STAY AWAY! $475 LOSS!!!!!

NO WARRANTY - KALVIN NO SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH, THAT RESULTS IN A BREAKDOWN OF COMMUNICATION! ALL PARTS ARE USED EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSE. SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!
