We love to come to port Alberni and Turtle Island fish & chips was one of our favorite go to places, however this time we went we were rudely told they only take cash and prices were very high. It was terrible customer service, we sat inside and when I asked for some ketchup was rudely told I would have to get up and get it myself outside. Food was decent but price was too high and service was terrible!

Being by the Harbor I was looking forward to clam chowder so much and I was the unlucky victim of What tasted like white gravy at best, I hope the poor woman just forgot the recipe this one day. She handed me my Five dollars back when I asked verify she tasted the chowder. When I get back to Idaho I'll order some.
