Attended a function at this location. Service was extremely slow. Guests where asked to be seated however took staff an hour to serve any sort of meals. Salads came out and it took the staff almost a hour to serve the next course. Food came out cold and sloppy. This did not just leave guest starving but also put added stress on the hosts. It was a overall embarrassment to them as they put there trust into this restaurant. Instead of celebrating a wonderful event for their son we were all focused on such a disaster in the kitchen. Three servers for a entire restaurant that included walk ins and a function of 45 guests. Manager on site sent the staff to talk to us instead of showing face to the unhappy guests. It was clear that our food was in a refrigerator and not even cooked by a actual chef. To add when asked about what I would like to order they mentioned to guests that they had messed up and forgot to de frost the fish for the event. It was so unprofessional and not acceptable as these plates were paid for. Staff tried to make light of the situation however this is not something to take lightly. It’s not a funny situation. When we look back on this day we remember how much of a disaster dinner was and how upset our host was. It should have been a day to remember for the good. Not sloppy service.
Wonderful course! Very challenging considering it's short length. Greens, fairways, Tee boxes and rough: All are meticulously kept and in great shape. Great value for dollar would highly recommend.
Driving Range - One of the best driving range I have seen. A bit pricey for the buckets but considering how maintained and amazing looking the driving range is, the price is understandable. 18 Hole Course - 16 straight par 3s! Great course to work on your short game. Only knock on the course is the second hole is a shared green with another hole. But the course itself is great. Can definitely play the whole 18 within less than 3 hours if there’s no slow player ahead. Overall service was great never had issues when playing here. Minus one star for the shared whole and the price of buckets but overall worth trying out.
NINE18 Restaurant and Patio is so nice, great service and an amazing Steak Dinner, which my wife enjoyed very much with fresh local beer out of the tap followed by a mean slab of Carrot Cake and Coffee overlooking a stunning 3 par course! The nicest 3 Par course I have ever seen I might add, but we will definitely will be back, highly recommend if you want great food with a great view and probably best to throw a game in before dinner as well, we will next time!
Went to a function last night. Was served a cold meal, when notified the staff they said they would replace it. However, they came out with the original meals and had no knowledge of who the plates originally belong to. When sent back to the kitchen for the second time, we waited an additional hour for these meals. The kitchen was an absolute disaster. Going to an event with over 45 guest, there was only 3 servers available for the entire restaurant, that also included this event. They were very focused on serving cocktails/drinks than preparing the food. This put additional stress on the host of this event and when you hire a caterer you should have that stress alleviated. If you plan on hosting an event at turnberry, I would highly recommend reconsidering.
Beautiful course that they maintain in great shape, especially the greens. I have played here many times and it is always in great condition. The first and last hole and par 4s and the rest are par 3s so it is a very short course. Being right in the middle of Brampton makes it easy to get to and if you’re looking for a shorter round you’ll be able to do 18 in under 3 hours. I would say that for beginners this would be a tough course because of all the very long grass around each hole have fun finding your ball and you are hitting over water on a lot of your tee shots. Definitely fun to play and they do a great job at maintaining the grounds.

Food was delicious, i got a vegetarian option, even though I am not a vegetarian ! It was the mushroom ravioli and ir was creamy, fresh and satisfying. My father and my sister got the seafood pasta and it was waaaaay too salty my dad couldn't even eat his food. The chocolate mousse cake they brought for dessert for my father was also great and decadent. My brother got a steak sandwich and my sister in law got one of the burgers unfortunately i can't remember which one but they all enjoyed their meals.
It is such a beautiful course with a nice-looking facility. If it were based only on my personal experience with the staff, I would have given it two stars or one. I wasn't given a map upon entry. Our experience would have been more enjoyable had we been able to navigate through the course. There were no indicators for newcomers as to where to turn or go next. Let's say that we were lost.
Set up was great, staff was great, appys were great. However, could not see family photos with projector and screen setup, to bright in tent. Need to purchase 4 to 5 foot digital screen if your in this business. Also the microphone setup for speeches is a must for these events. In my case a Celebration of Life so these are very important items
