We had our wedding at the Lionhead over the summer and what an amazing experience ! From first contact with Kelly and then handed over to Sue I was blown away. We planned the wedding from BC and it was so easy thanks to Sue and the team, communication was always present and every detail and request was handled with extreme importance. They are true professionals and it showed on the wedding day, everything on their end was executed flawlessly. All of the staff was amazing! I felt like we were cared for as extreme VIP’s Summit the catering manager even came to check on us personallythe food is absolutely 10/10 we were stuffed and Sue was always close by making sure everything was handled perfectly. It was a better venue than we ever could have imagined and the room was so dreamy; there were so many great photo locations!! Have your wedding here you won’t regret it
I shot a wedding here and myself and my team loved shooting photography and videography here! The staff was super helpful and most importantly the wedding venues indoor and out were absolutely stunning! Loved it!
Wonderful place for families and friends and golfing. Nice Venu for organizing family events too.
We did decor setup in their Aberdeen Room, beautiful view, enough parking space and cooperative staff! Definitely check them out.
2 really beautiful and challenging courses from any tees.. well kept. Beware of the rough 2021..... Crazy long! Oh, and slow, especially if your playing late morning or afternoon.....
Played here fall of 2022. The course was not very well maintained, and minimal effort had been put into controlling the leaves. The pace of play was horrendous. 4hrs to play 13 holes Both golf carts could not hold a charge to finish a round of gold. Staff were friendly and apologetic, but management/owners are not keeping the course in good condition. Played legends which would be a fun course if taken care of.
Course was tough. You have to hit the fairways or you’ll end up with a lost ball, so bring lots! The course played well but this was early season so it was a little rough divots, dead grass, bumpy greens, twigs on greens. Good for the toughest course factor, cart required.
The best Lion Head I ever seen. Convenient location, beautiful settings. Great for wedding events and such. Nice services. Pricey but Good place to organize your gathering
Great view , nice facility . The food was ok , most of the items we wanted to order for main course were not available. Not much for vegetarians I guess. The salad was amazing . The service was too slow , they wouldn’t even clear plates in time.
I recently had my bridal shower in the Aberdeen Terrace room. The food was great, the service was even better and the place was beautiful. Sue was so amazing to work with and really worked hard with us to make sure we had a wonderful and stress-free experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend this venue for anyone. This won't be my last event, that's for sure!
