I called to check if an item was in stock. I was firstly told the wrong price and then told to order it online since they didn't have any. I tried calling the other downtown store which was much friendlier and said it'd be faster for the store to order it in rather than buying it online!

Tumi has great customer service when you need repairs. The lady at this location could be a little friendlier though.
Convenient Parking 10$ for 3 hours , Awesome Mall located in the middle of downtown
Very knowledgeable and attentive but you have to want to spend serious money to buy the top of the line luggage.
