Calgary Air Relay

A great store to have in the airport. They have a lot of the things you will actually need while travelling and may have forgotten. It’s not cheap, but nothing is at the airport. I finished my book, so I was able to pick up another one, bought a new neck pillow and a souvenir Calgary sweatshirt. They have a lot of really good, travel sized snacks too that you can take on the plane with you.

I can't give them 0 stars or I would. I bought a cord to charge my phone. The cord didnt work. I tried to return it for a cheaper cord instead the clerk charged me for a new card instead. Then she tried to call the manager to correct her from over charging me but no answer. By this time my plane is loading and she has served 4 people instead of fixing mixing. Moral of my store I paid 38 dollar for a cord. Got no refund and had to leave to catch my flight. Absolute garbage. They still owe me money

Would give zero stars to relay and yyc authority for price gouging and poor customer service for the monopoly granted by Transport Canada.

I paid for my items and then it was approved, they didn’t get a receipt so they told me That it didn’t go through even though it did and told me to pay again and told me I’d get my money refunded and I did not get Refunded. So I paid twice for my items when I shouldn’t have and tried calling the store and their number does not work.

These prices are obscene.

Utter rip off pricing. Utterly unhelpful staff…
