Great, well-kept facility. Modern washrooms and showers, all in good repair and kept very clean by the diligent camp hosts. A terrific hub location for visiting the area. Beware if you're a light sleeper (and in a tent) there's quite a bit of highway noise, but this is no fault of the park. Prices are very reasonable - Oregon's funding model for its State Parks is commendable.

Love this park. Spent evening eating at picnic area and watching people swim in the river. There's 3 camping areas with showers available and electrical outlets in the bathrooms. I was here day before the total eclipse and all the motels and camp sites were booked out. This was a great place for a pit stop for me. Showers are $2 per person if rangers catch you though.

Quick access from town. No matter what you do it will be beautiful. I highly recommend the hike along the river!

Fantastic campground a little ways out of Bend. Our site was very private but bordered the highway (earplugs came in handy to drown out the passing semis). The washrooms in our loop we're quite dated, so we opted to walk an extra minute to the newer washrooms up the hill. Would recommend!

Absolutely love this park. My wife picked it from our usual Cape Lookout yearly camping trip. My kids were at first mad because we were not camping by the beach but now by a river. It turned out to be an absolute memorable time. The river was cool and delightful. The dog loved it, we loved it. Yes, we will be back. We were scoping out new sites but the one we had was so perfect. The park had shade and sun. The only thing now that we know would be which tent to bring next time. Love this place.
