They are typically a good insurer however on my last trip to the US they would not cover me wjen I requested coverage once I was in the US. I had to use a different I surer for that.
Do not recomend to anyone! Filed a claim, fast forward 2 years, still hasnt been resolved! Kelly if you are reading this, either check your voicemail or delete it. Same with your email. Or maybe you get trained well to ignore customers..
