I worked as an on-site Clerk For Potvin Construction for 2 years, I have nothing to say but that this company is well I would say it's a joke , but none of this is funny... The pay is minimal, they never give you a raise, there is little to no way of getting a promotion (or work your way up) They miss deadlines , the office workers don't seem to understand what certain materials are when I sent PO'S to the main office. I was once berated in my own office by a forman who was not pleased with what he had received in an order from the main office... I then took it to my then boss Michelle Guindon , who then came into my office and told me that I was in the wrong and I somehow should have got the order right ( even though it was the main office's mistake on the PO ) and that it's okay for a forman to scream ( literally ) at an employee. He also accused me of never speaking french and said I was and I quote "pretty much useless if you only speak english" And I am fully Bi-lingual and had been speaking both french and english to the employee's for both years I had worked there.. There was also a hand scanning system for the start and end of each workday to prove you had been there and for how many hours ( I opened and closed the ON-SITE office every single day, and yet this somehow even happened to me.... If you forgot to punch out? you did not get paid that day regardless of if you punched in, and vice versa, the only way you could get your pay for that day would be to come to me and get me to call the main office and somehow prove you had been working all day regardless of EVERYONE seeing you working all day. Many people were docked full days for little to nothing. This company did / does nothing to help it's employees. I would NEVER work for this company again and I hope this persuades people to do the same.

The best place and price for interior doors, trim and custom kitchen. The customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

The absolute worst experience, I had placed two orders with them. One for a large kitchen island and another for trim and filler for my kitchen cabinets. Both orders I never had any follow-up. The orders were delayed and I never heard back - I had to call and speak with someone to tell me. I ended up losing my deposits for my carpenter and the items. No apologies and a huge headache was all I got out of this. And I paid in full!
